In this review, e-allocator is assessed as an online resource scheduling system designed for groups and clubs with private membership.

To log into the app, an e-allocator account is required.

e-allocator enables members of a club or group to make online bookings for resources shared among the membership. It is not a system for booking airline flights, hotel rooms or theatre tickets; it allocates the organization's or group's resources.

The system provides an online booking service and can be applied across a range of contexts, including private aircraft and boat ownership syndicates, sports and recreational clubs, and time-share facilities.

Illustrative scenarios for its use include:

<ul>
 <li>You run a club or group and wish to allow members to reserve club facilities.</li>
 <li>You are a co-owner of a light aircraft or boat, in which co-owners allocate time slots for shared use of the resource.</li>
 <li>You hire out conference rooms, lecture rooms, banqueting facilities or guest rooms and need an online booking system for staff to allocate resources to customers.</li>
